I saw a video of MR. Sanger and he pointed to his NAS sitting on the floor, used for hosting (?) his own uncensored blog. Please help me with the easiest, quickest method to get going. Once running, this would also be a part of the decentralized web? I would like to be hub for dweb

My blog has a couple of discussions of how to get started. I like my Synology but YMMV.
