You mean, an app for this forum? No, it's just a regular old web forum. We don't need an app for this forum do we?
But by the way I want to say thanks to all of you who are coming here and contributing. Please, please continue, even if I don't respond to everything. Please respond to each other. It's not about me, I'm just trying to facilitate.

Apps that do decentralized Social Media? YES:
Steem.com
Twetch.app
Hive.io
Those are the ones I have found so far. Still doing research.

FYI, Steem was victim of an hostile take-over, The Steemit company had at the beginning mined a lot of the tokens unfairly that were earmarked for development of the ecosystem. The Steemit company illegally sold all of it's tokens to a sketchy character (Justin Sun) that then announced they would shut down Steem and be absorbed by their parent product. Long story short, about 99% of the active community forked off the bad actor to what became Hive.
Hive token distribution is therefore much more decentralized than Steem.

I have looked at Steem already.. they seem decent. They have a crypto currency associated with their network. You get "paid" for creating content, interacting with content, hosting servers for the platform, and other necessary Social Media functions.
